HFY implemented the project of Eid al-Adha party for children affected by the war in Yemen, funded by Human Appeal. The project featured five festive Eid celebrations held at Garden City Park in Taiz.
A variety of festive activities were included, such as distributing play tickets, bottled water, vouchers for snacks and fresh juices, as well as a selection of chocolates and Eid sweets. Face painters were also available to paint the children’s faces.
The project targeted 1,302 families from the districts of Cairo, Al-Mudhaffar, and Sala. In total, 4,424 children benefited from this project.
The festive activities began on the first day of Eid al-Adha and continued for five consecutive days, concluding on the fifth day of Eid Al-Adha.
This project aims to alleviate human suffering by bringing joy and happiness to the hearts of children and orphans, allowing them to celebrate Eid al-Adha like other children.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of the project and helped bring smiles to the faces of these little ones 💚
