Abdullah is the head of a family of four persons. He was displaced by war and had an accident that paralyzed him, rendering him unable to provide for his family. His family lives in abject poverty in a one-room tenement in Al-Tahrir quarter. The family lacks the basic needs and have no source of income.
For Abdullah, the Human Appeal assistance was the lifeline that saved his family from the looming hunger. Abdullah broke into a smile and a sense of hope pervaded upon the family. “My sincere thanks to Human Appeal and the Humanitarian Forum and all staff for delivering food baskets to the needy people,” Abdullah expressed.
