Nasra from Al-Shamasi area has 5 orphaned children. Crammed in a small room, she and her children live in unbearable conditions. At the age of 55 Nasra has no income and does not have money to buy clean water or healthy food for her children.
She told us that she cannot buy clean water and sometimes days pass with no drinking water in her house.
When the Humanitarian Forum team targeted the area with aid, the children gathered with joy in their heart and curiosity in their eyes and households in the humble neighborhood relayed the good news.
Nasra expressed her sincere thanks to Human Appeal and the Humanitarian Forum team for providing clean water and for their charitable activities in the neighborhood. “I hope you continue this project and include us in future projects and provide us with the necessary commodities,” she said.
